From March through the end of October, you can use the Bydgoszcz Metropolitan Bike System (BRA).
The easiest way to rent a bike is by downloading the Roovee app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). After installing the app, create an account and make a one-time PLN 10 activation payment. The Roovee app is also used in several other Polish cities.
Once you have the app, simply go to the bike you want to rent and scan its QR code to unlock it. At the end of your ride, return the bike to a docking station, end the rental in the app, lock the rear wheel using the built-in lock, and take a verification photo.
The first 20 minutes of every rental are free. After that, the cost is PLN 1 for the first full 60 minutes of riding. You can also choose a longer rental:
Electric bikes are also available. The rental fee for an electric bike is PLN 0.49 per minute.
